So, as my Mom bought a mac, I had to try safari on my new SharePoint 2010 RTM virtual machine. But at home, my safari runs on Windows Server 2008.
So this is what I’ve seen:

There's always a solution in the wood of features 
Just checking in as I have users who are using Safari and this post was helpful! Do you know if using SP1 has helped at all or if there are any “plug in’s” or anything to try to get Safari to “work” with SharePoint 2010? I know some of the users of Mac WANT / NEED multiple upload!

with SP1 comes Chrome support. Maybe you should give this a try for your Mac users.
